If we find consciously farmed, unique vineyards, and we nail our picking decisions, then the wine goes about its own business without a lot of monkeying around. Wine’s real story is about source, and not the stamp we put on it. We work mostly by hands and feet, and spend lots of time patiently waiting, watching, and enjoying the ride.
