Mathilde and Pablo have opened ''Uva'', a place of wine production, more precisely a neighborhood urban cellar offering the direct sale of their production as well as a showcase for winegrower friends. They make their wine there under “Les Volatiles”, their trading name. They take care of a parcel of Carignan and buy grapes from winegrower friends. The harvest is mainly done in the region, all organic and all vinified without inputs. This year they made 8 different cuvées, between Pét Nat, whites, maceration whites and light reds… Grapes are purchased from friendly winegrowers who work organically/biodynamically.
