BAGHDATI ESTATES Our family vineyard is located in one of the best micro-zone of Baghdati (Imereti region), on the North-East slope of left bank of Khanistskali river. The vineyard is treated with respect of organic criteria. Our natural wine is elaborated from the free run juice of specially selected grapes, followed with six months aging in hundred years old ancestral Kvevri by ‘’Imeretian method’’. Fermentation with wild east, no filtration, no additives, no sulphites added. Production of 1500 bottles/year. Exported to Japan, Denmark, Canada.
