We are Lorenzo & Marghe from Tenuta Rustìca located in front of Mt Etna, Roccella Valdemone, Sicily. From 2015 we live in a natural gem where we produce wine, EVOO and fruits. We have 2 small vineyards: one of Nerello Mascalese and the other is Grecanico Dorato grapes (1.5 ha in total) who give us around 3000 bottles/year. Our vision regarding wine making is artisanal: from the pruning to the cultivation operations, till the harvest. No pesticides or chemicals. In the cellar, we let the fermentation start naturally with indigenous yeasts, no filtration before the manual bottling and labelling.
