Trade created by Lisa Le Postec and Paul Aublet-Cuvelier in 2021. Both young winegrowers from Auvergne, we wanted to work grapes together and offer wines that are essentially thirst-quenched from grapes carefully chosen from our network of friends. They are vinified in a natural way. The vinifications are diverse and adapted to each grape and cuvée project. The sacred grape variety/terroir/vigneron.ne triptych is chosen with the greatest care to create cuvées with high tiltability but not devoid of complexity and depth. Our favorite playgrounds are the southern Corbières, Italian Piedmont and Auvergne of course. The grapes, if they are not all certified organic, come from cultural practices excluding any chemical weeding and conventional treatment.
