Tenuta Ca 'Sciampagne owes its name to the place where the vineyards are planted. It has been running its own vineyards for years, about 7.5 hectares, and produces wines without the use of chemicals and without added adjuvants. The fermentations of the musts are spontaneous, no clarification, no filtration and manual bottling by gravity. The harvests take place manually in boxes with selection of the grapes that are processed in the immediate following hours. Since 2018 the winery has been certified organic. White, orange, red wines and meditation or dessert wines are produced (in this case the drying takes place in the fruit cellar with natural ventilation).
