THE PROJECT L’Entremetteuse is a breath of fresh air in a concentrated and conservative Chilean industry. Our wines, focused on quality, diversity and personality, aim to remain on a human scale. Each vintage of each wine is designed to reflect a unique vision and the origin of the terroir: Colchagua, Costa (Mar), Entre-Cordillera, Cordillera (Andes). The wine is made as traditionally as possible, almost a garage wine...The grapes come from the best vineyards in the Colchagua Valley. The harvest is manual in 11 kg crates and strict sorting is carried out. The grapes are deseeded by hand or put in vats whole and the fermentations take place in small containers. Human intervention is reduced to a strict minimum, as is the addition of sulphites. Everything is done by gravity without pumping. In a world where homogeneity advances in ever greater steps, diversity and personality must be the crux. It is located in the Colchagua Valley on the parallel 34.5 south latitude, about 170 km. south of Santiago de Chile, in the municipality of Nancagua. Its central geographical position, in the heart of the Valley, allows us to quickly receive all our grapes distributed from the Andes Cordillera to the Pacific.

Le vin est &eacute;labor&eacute; le plus artisanalement possible presque un vin de garage...Les raisins proviennent des meilleurs vignobles de la vall&eacute;e de Colchagua. Les vendanges sont manuelles en cagettes de 11 kg et un tri s&eacute;v&egrave;re est effectu&eacute;. Les raisins sont &eacute;grain&eacute;s &agrave; la main ou encuv&eacute;s entiers et les fermentations se font en petits contenants. L&rsquo;intervention humaine est r&eacute;duite au strict minimum, l&rsquo;apport en sulfites aussi. Tout est r&eacute;alis&eacute; par gravit&eacute; sans pompage. Dans un monde o&ugrave; l&rsquo;homog&eacute;n&eacute;it&eacute; avance en &eacute;tapes toujours plus grandes, la diversit&eacute; et la personnalit&eacute; doivent &ecirc;tre le point crucial. Elle est situ&eacute;e dans la vall&eacute;e de Colchagua sur le parall&egrave;le 34,5 de latitude sud, &agrave; environ 170 km. au sud de Santiago du Chili , sur la commune de Nancagua. Sa position g&eacute;ographique centrale, au c&oelig;ur de la Vall&eacute;e, nous permet de recevoir rapidement tous nos raisins r&eacute;partis depuis la Cordill&egrave;re des Andes jusqu&rsquo;au Pacifique</p>
