Our family winery is located in Iphofen, a little wine village in frankonia with an old tradition in terms of winemaking and winegrowing. Our vineyard soil consists out of different types of soil such as clay, shell limestone and Gipskeuper. Special ground for unique wines. Our main variety is Silvaner. Most of our vineyards were planted in 1977. Organic farming is of big importance. Healthy soils, colorful flora and diverse fauna the result. The hand-picked grapes are fermented spontaneously. They age in stainless steel tanks, barrels and amphoras.
