New winegrower since 2021 on a 2-hectare micro-estate, I am based in the south of Beaujolais. I was inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka, Marc-André Selosse and Eric Petiot. Confining oneself to the specifications of the AB certification is not enough for me. From my beginnings, I have implemented cultural practices to deal with climate change, protect biodiversity: management of the vine by following the physiology of the vine, weaving, mulching, plant cover, herbal medicine, late pruning. Being a winegrower is a craftsman's job. Thus, I work alone without a tractor and practice no-tillage in order to intervene as little as possible in the vineyard in order to restore life to the soil. My vinification is in native yeasts without inputs with just a homeopathic dose of sulfur if necessary. My plots are located in the communes of Romanèche-Thorins, Régnié-Durette and Blacé. The estate will keep its current size in order to offer single plot cuvées and produce a quality wine. My range will thus consist of the Moulin à Vent and Régnié crus, and of Beaujolais Blacé (Villages) and Beaujolais.

Néo-vigneronne depuis 2021 sur un micro-domaine de 2 hectares, je suis installée dans le sud du Beaujolais. 
J'ai été inspirée par Masanobu Fukuoka, Marc-André Selosse et Eric Petiot. Se cantonner au cahier des charges de la certification AB ne me suffit pas. 
Dès mes débuts je mets en oeuvre des pratiques culturales pour faire face au changement climatique, protéger la biodiversité : conduite de la vigne en suivant la physiologie de la vigne, tressage, paillage, couverts végétaux, phytothérapie, taille tardive.
Etre vigneron c'est un métier d'artisan. Ainsi, je travaille seule sans tracteur et pratique le non-labour afin d'intervenir le moins possible dans le vignoble dans le but de rendre la vie au sol.
Ma vinification est en levures indigènes sans intrants avec juste une dose homéopathique de soufre si nécessaire.
Mes parcelles se trouvent sur les communes de Romanèche-Thorins, Régnié-Durette et Blacé. 
Le domaine gardera sa taille actuelle afin de proposer des cuvées parcellaires et produire un vin de qualité.
Ma gamme se composera ainsi des crus Moulin à Vent et Régnié, et de Beaujolais Blacé (Villages) et Beaujolais.
