Vineyard located in Fenalet sur Bex - Chablais vaudois. Biodynamic since the beginning of the 2000s, previously always organic. Production: red blend, orange chasselas & Petit Rhin blanc. Artist-winemaker: K-soul The taste of grapes, the creation of a "pure terroir" wine. The wine is made in the vineyard. The work in the cellar is only the vatting, pressing and bottling. No sulphiting or yeasting is carried out. The blend is made in the vineyard (mixed grape varieties). The "Cosmic Garden - Red Blend" wine is typified according to the influence of the constellation Leo. Cuvage in a single vat between 5 and 15 days depending on the maturity of the different grape varieties. The grapes are pressed with an old hand press overnight. Fermentation takes place in an old cellar from 1795 with all the natural yeasts from the vineyard and the cellar for a year in stainless steel barrels with floating caps. Natural fermentation on lees and lees, without temperature regulation in order to let the wine in formation develop greater complexity, in dialogue with the climatic vintage of the following year. Bottling without filtration takes place before the harvest of the following year, with the moon in front of the constellation Leo.

Vignoble situé à Fenalet sur Bex - Chablais vaudois. 
En biodynamie depuis le début des années 2000, précédemment depuis toujours en bio. Production : assemblage rouge, chasselas orange & Petit Rhin blanc.

Le goût du raisin, la création d’un vin « pur terroir ».
Le vin est élaboré à la vigne. Les travaux en cave sont uniquement le cuvage, la pressurée et la mise en bouteille. Aucun sulfitage, ni levurage n’est effectué.
L’assemblage se fait au vignoble (cépages mélangés). 
Le vin « Jardin Cosmique - Assemblage rouge » est typé selon l’influence de la constellation du Lion. 
Cuvage dans une seule cuve entre 5 et 15 jours selon la maturité des différents cépages.
Le raisin est pressé avec un ancien pressoir à main durant une nuit.
La fermentation s’effectue dans une vielle cave de 1795 avec toutes les levures naturelles du vignoble et de la cave durant une année dans des tonneaux inox avec chapeau flottant. Fermentation naturelle sur bourbes et sur lies, sans régulation de température afin de laisser le vin en formation développer une plus grande complexité, en dialoguant avec le millésime climatique de l’année suivante. La mise en bouteille sans filtration s’effectue avant les vendanges de l’année suivante, la lune devant la constellation du Lion.
