The Domaine de la Roseraie is the ambition to create in Burgundy, a landscaped vineyard that would be like a green and colorful setting for our natural wines. Producing natural is a commitment to the environment that begins in the vineyard and extends to the cellar. It is for this reason that at La Roseraie, we think of the vineyard as a haven of diversity, and we restrict ourselves, in the cellar, to working our grapes in a traditional and minimalist way. For the Roseraie, the bottle of wine is not a goal, it is the object of a unique sensory experience.
