The Domaine de la Ville de Morges, an exceptional terroir Overlooking the city of Morges, in a sublime environment, the 14 hectares of hillside vines embrace the lake and offer optimal exposure. Five white grape varieties (Chasselas, Doral, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Savagnin blanc) and six red grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Servagnin, Gamay, Dunkelfelder, Gamaret, Galotta and Garanoir) share this terroir and give birth to fourteen cuvées. If the City of Morges is the owner of this ancestral domain, it is the Maison Bolle, since 2020, which has been responsible for its operation, from viticulture to sale, including vinification and bottling.
