We are a couple settled on the estate in 2020 thanks to the association Terre de Liens. This one is located on the limestone plateau of Puisseguin near Saint Emilion. We started converting our 6.75 hectares as soon as the estate was taken over. We vinify in a natural way Merlots and Cabernets Francs of around sixty years in a concrete vat and in an amphora. Little interventionist in the vineyard, we strive to promote biodiversity as well as the life of the soil: winter grazing, agroforestry, nesting boxes...
