We have about 2 ha Viniyard. We work just with piwi grapes - Muscaris and Souvignier gris. Our focus is to work with the nature like it is. We are working biodynamic and we are bio certified since 2017. The harvest ist just by hand. We have max. 2 applications with sulphur and copper - and we are using the biodynamic praparates. We are working with wooden barrells and terra cotta amphora. There is no additives in the wine axcept litle sulphur before bottling - low intervention winemaking.
