After obtaining the National Oenologist Diploma, Jeff Carrel vinified in the Loire, then in Alsace and finally in Languedoc where he then took on the technical management of a Bordeaux wine merchant, then of an estate, before vinifying his first wines.

Today he works mainly in Languedoc Roussillon but also in Bordeaux, Beaujolais and Burgundy.
He develops ranges of wines, all original, with a unique label and at an affordable price: simple but not simplistic wines.
Wines with their own universe and their own history. Making, from the vine to the bottle, wines with a strong identity, thanks to societal and environmental values, technical precision and personality.
And if these wines exist it is because they are the reflection of a human history, made up of encounters, cultures, grape varieties, climates, and their only claim is to be sincere.

Our profession requires know-how, knowledge of the terroir and technical mastery: monitoring of the vines, harvests, winemaking, breeding, packaging and logistics.
Winegrowers are valuable partners with whom we always consider the most environmentally friendly solutions.
Creator of numerous vintages present on all continents via a network of wine specialists, Jeff Carrel now relies on the tools put in place in our cellars and on collaborators who share his visions:

THE CARREL HOUSE
A building in the middle of a Corbières village, in Saint-Laurent de la Cabrerisse, on the 20vin route, between sea and mountains, between cellar and vineyard; a place inscribed in wine history and village life, with a cellar from 1857.
A place where we can mature and refine our wines in optimal conditions, in our own way, with equipment, vats, barrels and tuns that we have chosen.
A pleasant place where we can receive our partners.
A place where we can bottle our vintages.
A place to enjoy in comfort.
A place designed with sustainable development in mind: isolated and without air conditioning, with
a system that saves water.

THE CUVIER
In Fabrezan, the neighboring village of Maison Carrel, is Cuvier Carrel.
It dates from the last century and the previous owners had already dedicated it to winemaking and the aging of organic wine.
It allows us to create our organic wines in a place dedicated to them.

RESERVE
In Saint-Laurent de la Cabrerisse is also La Réserve, a place which allows us to expand our breeding and maturing capacities in optimal conditions.
