I took over the estate from my parents in 2017, converting the entire 8-hectare property to organic and then biodynamic farming.
La Ferme des 9 Chemins was born in 2020 when I decided to start renovating an old barn in Reichsfeld, in a place called Taubental. It is a little paradise where I have been living in a Tiny House since 2019, at the foot of a mountain surrounded by forests, meadows, and our terraced vineyards. I work with the help of my mother, mainly by hand and on quads (treatments, biodynamics, harvesting...).
The use of tractors is limited and carefully designed to limit soil compaction. Only sulfur, copper, and plants (90% harvested locally) are used. Our vineyards are all less than 4 km from the farm.
Vinification takes place without any additives, without filtration, with indigenous yeasts, and with limited manipulation.
