About
Hearty, velvety nose. Not the fruit I had expected but rather meaty, with a hint of barnyard. Makes me long for a good cut of pork on a summer barbecue on the farm. Powerful in my mouth but not at all overwhelming. Refreshing, round, smooth. Very inviting to take big gulps in stead of sips. Thirst quenching, happy making goodness.
