After an initial career in catering, I moved into viticulture. I started in Provence where I am from, then in Margaux and undertook a BTS in Viticulture Oenology on a work-study basis. After After obtaining my diploma, I worked in Meursault before moving to Vézelay. Created in January 2022, the La Mutine estate represents 2.5 hectares of organic wine where pinot noir, chardonnay and Burgundy melon mingle. AB work in the vines, grassy vines, 2 or 3 toppings/trimming by hand, superficial soil work and treatment with a Holder A45, pruning respecting the sap circuits, green work by hand. The harvest is done manually in 32 liter crates. In the vat room, minimal intervention, only native yeasts are used. The use of sulfur is done sparingly and the wines are unfiltered. For the labels, it’s a collaboration with Geoffroy PITHON.
