Jaime and Claudio are both agronomists and partners and winemakers at Tinto de Rulo. They make their wines with minimal intervention, do spontaneous fermentation with native yeast and do not make any wine corrections. All wines are aged for at least a year, in neutral oak barrels (which have been used more than ten times) and the País wines are aged in old raulí pipas
