Back on the family estate in 2013, after studying at Viti de Beaune and Changin in Switzerland, we created Domaine de Bichery in 2015. Raphaël's family has always worked in the vines and was co-founder of the village cooperative . But it is only since 2015 that we have been transforming part of the harvest into Wine and Champagne, in a small barn behind the house. Our vision or philosophy could be described as follows: Work in the vines in harmony with nature and work in the cellar in accordance with work in the vines. Natural and quiet vinification. Unpinned, unfiltered, undisturbed wines.
