The adventure of the hilltop chaié began in 2021 in the town of Sigoyer in the Hautes-Alpes.

I’ve developed an activity trading business allowing me to gradually establish myself as a winegrower in the department.
The grapes are harvested at the same time. by hand and ferment into native yeasts. The wines are neither fined nor filtered, I allow myself a micro-dose of sulphite at the same time.

At the same time, in 2023 I took over two organic farming plots (Cinsault, Mollard, Mondeuse grape varieties) and a first plantation of endemic grape varieties. mics will take place in 2025.
