The Fattoria di Trecento is a small company that covers an area of about five hectares. The land is located in the highest part of the Trecento hill and along the ridge that descends towards Montalbino. The position particularly exposed to the winds and the sun gives the fruits of these fields very intense aromas. The cultivated lands are approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards and 1.5 hectares of olive groves and 1 hectare of mixed forest. The vineyard is mainly Sangiovese and a smaller percentage of Trebbiano, Cabernet, Canaiolo, Colorino and Ciliegiolo. In the olive grove there is a great variety of cultivars that I produce in purity. We have always cultivated with respect for nature, we use only natural fertilizers and products, green manure is practiced and we favor the development of spontaneous plants. In 2018 I began to personally vinify the fruits of my vineyards in a completely natural way, i.e. without the addition of yeasts and adjuvants of any kind. I make wine almost exclusively in purity to maximize the cultivar and the vintage. The harvest is manual and the grapes arrive in the cellar in boxes.

La Fattoria di Trecento è una piccola azienda che si estende su una superficie di circa cinque ettari.
I terreni si trovano nella parte più alta della collina di Trecento e lungo il crinale che discende verso Montalbino.
La posizione particolarmente esposta ai venti e al sole dona ai frutti di questi campi profumi molto intensi.
Le terre coltivate sono circa 2,5 ettari di vigneto e 1,5 ettari di oliveto e 1 ettaro di bosco misto.
Il vigneto è prevalentemente sangiovese e in minor percentuale trebbiano, cabernet, canaiolo, colorino e ciliegiolo.
Nell'oliveto vi è una grande varietà di cultivar che produco in purezza.
Da sempre coltiviamo nel rispetto della natura, usiamo solo concimi e prodotti naturali, si pratica il sovescio e favoriamo lo sviluppo  delle piante spontanee. 
Nel 2018 ho iniziato a vinificare personalmente i frutti delle mie vigne in modo integralmente naturale ovvero senza l'aggiunta di lieviti e coadiuvanti di alcun tipo.
Vinifico quasi esclusivamente in purezza per esaltare al massimo il cultivar e l'annata.
La raccolta è manuale e l'uva arriva in cantina in cassetta.
