The inherited vineyard is located in the districts of Feudo di Mezzo and Porcaria, 650 meters above sea level, and is located between the Etna volcano and the Alcantara valley, at the foot of the Nebrodi mountains. The centenary vineyards are positioned on dry stone wall terraces and are ungrafted, part of which is sapling and the other espalier. The prevalent grape variety is Nerello Mascalese, even if it is It is possible to find rare Cappuccio plants. Furthermore, there are scattered plants of Carricante, Catarratto, Insolia and Minnella. The second vineyard, composed of 100% Carricante, is located in the Sciaranuova district at 800 meters above sea level. It is It was purchased by Graziella in 1998 together with her husband Salvatore, but implanted only in 2019.
Graziella, in addition to inheriting the family vineyard, also inherited the love and passion for cultivating according to the ancient tradition, handed down from father to son . For this reason, it is committed to respecting the environment by using small quantities of of sulfur and copper sulphate, in carrying out the work manually and in starting the winemaking process through spontaneous fermentation with "indigenous yeasts".
