The Camarda company is a reality typically Etna which has been operating for four generations.

Graziella inherited a part of the vineyard from her father Gaetano, after having supported him for years in the management of the company, managing to give continuity to the long family tradition.

The Controlled Designation of Origin vineyards are located in two different territories, exactly in the municipalities of Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo. The inherited vineyard is located in the districts of Feudo di Mezzo and Porcaria, 650 meters above sea level, and is located between the Etna volcano and the Alcantara valley, at the foot of the Nebrodi mountains. The centenary vineyards are positioned on dry stone wall terraces and are ungrafted, part of which is sapling and the other espalier. The prevalent grape variety is Nerello Mascalese, even if it is It is possible to find rare Cappuccio plants. Furthermore, there are scattered plants of Carricante, Catarratto, Insolia and Minnella. The second vineyard, composed of 100% Carricante, is located in the Sciaranuova district at 800 meters above sea level. It is It was purchased by Graziella in 1998 together with her husband Salvatore, but implanted only in 2019.

Graziella, in addition to inheriting the family vineyard, also inherited the love and passion for cultivating according to the ancient tradition, handed down from father to son . For this reason, it is committed to respecting the environment by using small quantities of of sulfur and copper sulphate, in carrying out the work manually and in starting the winemaking process through spontaneous fermentation with "indigenous yeasts".

Le vigne di Denominazione ad Origine Controllata sono ubicate in due territori differenti, esattamente nei comuni di Castiglione di Sicilia e di Randazzo. Il vigneto ereditato si trova nelle contrade di Feudo di Mezzo e Porcaria, a 650 metri s.l.m., ed &egrave; collocato tra il vulcano dell&rsquo;Etna e la valle dell&rsquo;Alcantara, ai piedi dei monti Nebrodi. I vigneti centenari sono posizionati su terrazzamenti di muri a secco e sono a piede franco, di cui una parte ad alberello e l&rsquo;altra a spalliera. Il vitigno prevalente &egrave; Nerello Mascalese, anche se &egrave; possibile trovare rare piante di Cappuccio. Inoltre, vi sono piante sparse di Carricante, Catarratto, Insolia e Minnella. Graziella, oltre a ereditare il vigneto di famiglia, ha ereditato anche l&rsquo;amore e la passione nel coltivare secondo l&rsquo;antica tradizione, tramandata di padre in figlio. Per tale ragione s&rsquo;impegna nel rispettare l&rsquo;ambiente utilizzando piccole quantit&agrave; di zolfo e solfato di rame, nel praticare i lavori manualmente e nell&rsquo;avviare il processo di vinificazione attraverso una fermentazione spontanea con &ldquo;lieviti indigeni&rdquo;.&nbsp;
