A family-run winery, fully organic certified since its foundation, in the early 2000’s. Established with a clear purpose: changing the way wine is made in the Parma’s Hills, in a wholly sustainable framework. We maintain forests to reduce CO2 footprint further and produce our solar-made energy.
We received Regenerative Organic Certification from ROA for the Bronze level. In regenerative organic agriculture, we can rehabilitate soil, sequester carbon, build healthier communities, and reap more nutritious yields.
Being the first regenerative organic wine producer in the Region, we have always been keen on researching and developing autochthonous grapes and natural winemaking, based on the most up-to-date agronomic techniques.
In 2016, we undertook a project to revive an ancient indigenous grape variety from Parma, the Malvasia Casalini, which is featured in our Monteroma sparkling wine.
Our activities go beyond winemaking and include visits to the cellar and vineyards, team-building activities, wine tasting, and jazz concerts among the vines.
