Cantina Ninni is located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The vineyards extend for about 3 hectares within the Spoleto DOC, famous for the Trebbiano Spoletino vine, and also with Sangiovese in the Colli Martani DOC area. The grapes are harvested by hand and the entire production process, including bottling, takes place in the house cellar. The use of treatments in the vineyard is reduced to the bare minimum, the vinifications take place with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentations, without clarification or filtration and without the addition of substances permitted for oenological use, except for minimal quantities of So2.
