We (Frederike and Daniel) founded our little farm back in 2020. Today we farm 4 hectares mainly on steep slopes in our village Uhlbach. We use simple and intuitive farming techniques to make wines that express ourselves, employing a hands-off approach, natural sprays and stone powders to gradually reduce the chemical input. All wines ferment spontaneously. We use mainly old barriques for aging. We reject oenological additives, but what we reserve is a small dash of sulfur in cases we feel the need.
