We have been growing, since 2011 and in a sustainable way, 18 grape varieties on five hectares. The estate's vines are located on the west shore of Lake Memphremagog, in Estrie, and we also work with a second site on the shores of the St. Lawrence, in the Lanaudière region. The work in the vineyard is done manually, the fermentations spontaneously, the vinifications naturally, without adding yeast or inputs. The juices are bottled without fining, filtration or the addition of sulfur (or very little). No additions or subtractions. We are proud to showcase our Nordic terroir and climate with constant creativity dictated by the vintage. Seasonal variations and the surprises they bring change each year the character of the wines and the range of cuvées. From adventure to adventure, the vinification adapts to express the nature of the harvest, as naturally as possible.
