The family estate is located in Burgundy where we produce Côte Chalonnaise and Beaujolais.
We cultivated 13ha of vines in the middle of a totally preserved natural islet of 35ha, containing groves, meadows, breeding, truffle plantations and around twenty beehives. We also produce 1ha in Fleurie en Beaujolais using this same approach.
The vines are naturally grassed and the needs of the vines are analyzed using bio-indicator plants. We then produce our own compost from green waste, manure and our organic grape marc.
The animals participate in the life of the vineyard, all the plots welcome the sheep after the harvest, they then do the work of mowing, weeding and bringing organic matter.
There are approximately 6ha of Aligoté, 2.5ha of Pinot Noir and 3ha of Chardonnay and the rest in Gamay. Spread across different terroirs, from granite to clay and limestone. We work our wines in plot selections with as little intervention as possible. Vinification is done without inputs and aging is done in old barrels for 10 to 18 months.
