Eliane & François are brother and sister, and in their family, they have always had this vine in front of their house in Chêne-sur-Bex. A magnificent slope planted with Pinot Noir and Diolinoir (crossbreeding Dioly x Pinot Noir). Eliane cultivates the vines according to the principles of biodynamics, where she makes the preparations with her neighbor k-soul, and vinifies naturally without any inputs or added sulphites; in stainless steel vats, using the family press. They produce a micro-production of only 300 bottles on their family plot.
