Cantina Del Disordine is linked to a philosophy that is as least interventionist as possible. The birthplace is Il Taburno, more precisely Cautano, where there is the cellar. The vineyards are located in Vitulano (1 hectare). The remaining grapes come from Torrecuso and Tufo and are collaborations with friends. In the vineyard the processes are with tractor and manual. Only copper and sulfur are used for the treatments. In the cellar, the fermentations are spontaneous, no chemical additives or filtration are used.
