What are pure Montoisel juices? A polyculture project for the production of pure juice. We started in 2022 the creation of an innovative agrological design that combines resistant grape varieties and agroforestry experimentation. Where hedges and ponds run through all the plots to develop and protect biodiversity. Where some of these hedges are edible. Where the cultures are staged to best occupy the aerial space as well as underground. We can't wait for everything to be in production. In the meantime, you can already taste our natural wines made from grapes purchased from producers with whom we enjoy working.
