Three friends, some local vineyards and the wonderful area of the Bolse - na lake. Il Vinco is a young agricultural holding and the first wines were produced in 2015. It is located between Marta and Montefiascone, where Daniele Manoni, Marco Fucini and Nicola Brenciaglia have claimed and given new life to Cannaiolo Nero and the well known Est!Est!!Est!!!. The three hectares, characterised by volcanic soil, 400mt height, and the particular microclimate due to the lake, host vines of Canaiolo Nero, Grechetto Rosso, Procanico, Rossetto and Malvasia Bianca. Since 2017 Daniele, Marco and Nicola have begun their journey on the path of biodynamic agriculture with the least possible manipulation, trying to induce natural fermentation and refinements in concrete casks without temperature control, nor whitening nor filtration during the bottling.
