Bes is a small winery located in Treville, Piccolo village in the heart of Monferrato Casalese. The company has about 8.5 hectares of land, 6 of which are vineyards. The vineyards are all facing south with altitudes ranging from 220 meters to 300 meters above sea level sea level. Exceptions are the freisa (north-west exposure) and the baratuciat (north exposure in production from next year). The company is certified organic (we are also part of VinNatur) but it works following the biodynamic philosophy. In the vineyard and in the cellar there is no presence of no chemicals. In treatments we use a little of copper and sulfur but above all seaweed extracts. The harvest is manual in boxes and the fermentations take place spontaneously using the cellar yeasts present in the grapes. During the fermentation phase we control the temperatures and the refinements take place in steel, concrete and wood (editions only limited for now). Before bottling we add the sulfur content on average below 30 mg/litre. We produce 5 wines (Barbera, Grignolino, Freisa, Syrah all in purity and a rosé from Grignolino and Barbera grapes. From 2023 to these 5 will be added Nebbiolo e Baratuciat.

<p>Bes &egrave; una piccola azienda vitivinicola situata a Treville, piccolo villaggio nel cuore del Monferrato Casalese. L'azienda ha circa 8,5 ettari di terreno di cui 6 vitati. I vigneti sono tutti esposti a sud con altitudini che vanno dai 220 mt ai 300 mt sul livello del mare. Fanno eccezione la freisa (esposizione nord ovest) e il baratuciat (esposizione a nord in produzione dal prossimo anno). L'azienda &egrave; certificata bio (facciamo anche parte di VinNatur) ma lavora seguendo la filosofia biodinamica. In vigna e in cantina non vi &egrave; la presenza di nessun prodotto chimico. Nei trattamenti usiamo un po' di rame e zolfo ma soprattutto estratti di alga marina. La vendemmia &egrave; manuale in cassette e le fermentazioni avvengo spontaneamente utilizzando i lieviti di cantina e presenti nell'uva. Durante la fase di fermentazione controlliamo le temperature e gli affinamenti avvengono in acciaio, cemento e legno (solo edizioni limitate per il momento). Prima dell'imbottigliamento aggiungiamo la solforosa mediamente sotto i 30 mg/litro. Produciamo 5 vini (Barbera, Grignolino, Freisa, Syrah tutti in purezza e un rosato da uve Grignolino e Barbera. Dalla 2023 a questi 5 verranno aggiunti Nebbiolo e Baratuciat.</p>
