I took over the family estate in 2013 which is located in northern Blayais. We have several plots of vines and therefore we work several terroirs ranging from silico-clay and gravelly soils to clay-limestone soils. The estate is 17ha in production and we have been in organic farming certified ECOCERT since 2013. Vine treatments are done with copper and sulfur and herbal teas (nettle, horsetail, ferns...). In the winery, we work exclusively with natural yeasts by making vat starters for the fermentations. We no longer use wood for breeding. We only work with stainless steel tanks, concrete and amphoras.
