All of the grapes that we work with come from organic vineyards located in the Rheinhessen and Baden regions of Germany.

We rent 2 hectares of vines from a friend in Eckelsheim and also buy grapes from other sources. We ensure that all the grapes are treated with organic methods and we harvest each vineyard by hand.

In total, we harvest around 3 hectares. We use only spontaneous fermentation, and nothing is added or removed during the winemaking process. Our wines are aged in old oak barrels.
