The Domaine de l'Or Vert is located in the town of Puyvert in the Luberon (84). This story began in 2019 with the resumption of a 0.25Ha plot of Merlot. It is the fruit of 2 winegrower friends passionate. We both worked on farms in the Luberon where we are employees. In 2019 we decide to write our own story. 2021 is therefore our third vintage. For 3 years we have found new plots in white and red and started work replanting. In 2019 we produced 2000 bottles and this year we will be at 6000 bottles. Our philosophy, to work as naturally and as properly possible. This involves spontaneous grassing and of our vines. We only deal 3 or 4 times a year with a little sulfur and copper only. We have been in the process of converting to organic since spring 2021 (although we have been working in organic since the beginning). In the cellar our wines are natural wines. We do not add any inputs or even SO2. Our harvests are of course made by hand and our indigenous yeasts. Our cellar is to this day an old garage that we have insulated and in which we installed our tanks. We use as little energy as possible and therefore have no cooling system. We are also olive oil producers and we have planted 2 years ago 600 pistachio trees. All this in organic of course.
