THE DOMAIN OF THE LITTLE TIILE

Driven by the will To perpetuate the family tradition of growing vines, we have created the Domaine de la Petite Tuile in 2016. Day after day, we work our vines there with conviction and humility, in compliance with the specifications of Organic Agriculture. Since 2021, we have been taking our very first steps towards Biodynamics. Our estate extends over 9 hectares located in the heart of the first slopes of the multi-millennial Gaillac vineyard, one of the oldest in France. Our vines flourish on the hillsides of the right bank of the Tarn, where clay-limestone soils and the diversity of exhibitions provide finesse and complexity wine. The climatic conditions are ideal for growing vines: mild and rainy spring under the oceanic influence, Mediterranean summers, sunny late seasons...< /p>

NATIVE GRAPES

THE PREPARATION OF OUR WINES

We want our wines to be the most sincere expression of the nature that surrounds us. Since 2018, all our fermentations have been done using yeasts naturally present on the harvested berries. We use very little sulfur in our winemaking and each of our interventions is thought of as the refining of a raw material, without ever seeking to refine it. modify the initial character of each vintage.
