Family estate of 15 ha conducted organically since 2003. Our vines extend from the Crus du Beaujolais to the south of the Pierres Dorées. Our main objective is to work our vines while maintaining the health of our soils and ecosystems to obtain living grapes. We only use treatments based on copper, sulfur, herbal teas (nettle, presles, comfrey, etc.), and essential oils to protect our vines. Hedgerows and flower strips surround our plots of vines to promote biodiversity, fight against erosion and preserve auxiliary fauna. We also pay particular attention to the seasons and the weather to work our land and our wines while respecting their biological rhythms. Our vinifications are without inputs, to best respect the expressions of each terroir and reveal the true nature of our grape varieties. Domaine familial de 15 ha conduit en Bio depuis 2003. Nos vignes s’étendent des Crus du Beaujolais au Sud des Pierres Dorées. Notre objectif principal est de travailler nos vignes en conservant la santé de nos sols et des écosystèmes pour obtenir des raisins vivants. Nous n’utilisons que des traitements à base de cuivre, de soufre, de tisanes de plantes (ortie, presles, consoude …), et d’huiles essentielles pour protéger nos vignes. Des haies bocagères et des bandes fleuries entourent nos parcelles de vignes pour favoriser la biodiversité, lutter contre l’érosion et préserver la faune auxiliaire.
Nous prêtons également une attention particulière aux saisons et à la météo pour travailler notre terre et nos vins dans le respect de leurs rythmes biologiques. Nos vinifications sont sans intrants, pour respecter au mieux les expressions de chaque terroir et révéler la vraie nature de nos cépages. Ce que nous aimons par-dessus tout, c'est boire de bons canons frais et digestes !
