Girls Yaëlle Cruchon, is an agricultural engineer and in training as a winegrower, and will be responsible for the vineyard. Margaret Griggs-Cruchon, wife of Catherine, studied literature and marketing, and took charge of the administrative part of the estate. Laura Cruchon, trained with a CFC for sale, which she is currently completing with training in viticulture. She supports her sister Yaëlle in the vineyard in addition to taking care of welcoming and advising customers. Catherine Cruchon-Griggs, oenologist engineer, has worked at the Domaine since 2012, and continues to take care of the Domaine's vinification. #Lesfillesvinifient is a nod to the new generation, which is all-female. The Les filles vinifient range is made up of four wines: Omnis Orange, Nihilo, Initié and Altesse Nature. All are entirely natural, worked in biodynamics, vinified without fining, without filtration, and without added sulphite. Pure organic grape juice, fermented and bottled.
