Hello, we are Camille and Mikael HYVERT, young winegrowers from Domaine des Trouillères. Arrived in Auvergne in 2015 and being passionate about wine, archeology and history, we could not help but fall in love with this beautiful region. Our meeting with Jean-Pierre Pradier, creator of the estate, finally convinced us and we decided to put our bags down once and for all ... The vineyard, cultivated in organic farming, extends over 6 hectares from the slopes of Puy de Corent to Puy de Tobize. This terroir, shaped by significant volcanic activity, gives wines of character that we will be proud to show you.
