Philosophy of the estate: We are lovers of wine and nature, we produce clean wines, without artifice and try to go as far as possible in our work to reveal our terroirs. Organic, biodynamic, pure wines, agroforestry and peasantry are the pillars that have constituted our domain.

Work at home the vineyard and elsewhere: We have worked organically since the beginning (2008) and biodynamically today. The vineyard extends over 12 ha spread over Chénas, Moulin à à grave; Wind and Beaujolais. The environment where The life we live in is very important and we have re-entered the world. animals in the heart of the estate (cows, horses, poultry, pigs, beehives, etc.). All our vines are surrounded by hedges and we have reintroduced trees in the middle, particularly on Chassignol. Our 2 horses help us; plow the soil.
Vinemaking: We harvest manually in 20 kg boxes, the boxes of grapes are cooled in a cold room to reach a temperature between 7 and 10 degrees. The whole grapes are vatted in gravity vats without any oelignological input. We do not carry out pumping over or punching down. Maceration lasts, depending on the vintage, between 15 and 28 days. Vertical pressing with a wooden press. Aged in concrete vats, enamelled steel. and old barrels of 228l, 400l and 600l.
