Vignviens is a completely new associative project which farms 3 hectares of vines in Charnay-en-Beaujolais using natural farming methods. The vineyard has been certified organic since its creation in 2007, certain biodynamic practices are applied. All operations in the vineyard and in the cellar are carried out by the members – around sixty, non-professionals, enthusiasts or simple amateurs, in a philosophy of respect for nature and wine-growing landscapes. All vinifications are entirely natural and without any input from a varied grape variety, with regular vintages and occasional experiments. It is open to all.
