The winegrowers and craftsmen celebrated on this site express their common sense with energy and good
vibes. Their die-hard philosophy and their rigour, their observations and their patience are today rewarded by positive, free and lively juices, which bring emotions and gustatory pleasures to those who are ready to appreciate them at their true value.
All the cuvées on offer come from ripe picked fruit, grown in organic or
biodynamic, fermented with indigenous yeasts, without any added inputs or sulfites,
without fining and unfiltered.
Radiant and digestible wines, born from the union of human hands and grapes, the heat of the sun and its light, that of the moon and the stars, the influence of rain and wind, the earth and the cosmos.
"SOUFRE PAS ÇA SULFITE" was created around a common passion, natural wine, but also and above all around sharing, friendship, happiness and love of nature.

The shooting of the film was carried out on the barge of L'Équité which borders the Seine, in the 15th arrondissement of the city of Paris, during the 5th fair "Les vins S.A.I.N.S."
We hope to have been able to highlight and to have been able to transcribe through these images and the
words of these winegrowers the vision and philosophy of the association "Les vins S.A.I.N.S.",
as well as its importance in our time.
The idea is to solicit a collective awakening to the need to protect and respect the living,
both man and nature, which are increasingly fragile, and above all the earth that we will leave to our children...
2021: Purchase of organic grapes (VS) and creation of PuR Raisin, and the ephemeral range
Peau Rouge, for 4 vintages: Charlotte Sauvage – Chardonnay 70 – Savagnin 80 – Libre.
PuR Raisin is the creation of my own identity in the world of natural, free and living wine, with a line of wines mostly aged in terracotta jars.
Grape juice worked in native yeasts, unfined and unfiltered, without added sulphite.
For the expression of the fruit, the terroir and the container.
Purchase of organic grapes (VS) and creation of the 1st vintage of the Tortue range.
(1 cuvée: Tortoise Cistude)
For the defense and protection of the European Pond Turtle in Switzerland. An animal on the verge of extinction.

Aging on fine lees in terracotta jars, indigenous yeasts, unfined and unfiltered, without
added sulphite.
2022: Acquisition of a plot of 1300m2, in the town of
Villeneuve (VD) in Switzerland. The treatments are carried out by homeopathic doses of sulphur, copper and essential oils.
