The Nicola Bianco farm is located on the hills of Gioi, in the Cilento National Park. Our project combines the mixed agricultural production typical of Cilento with the historic Cellar, where we work our grapes grown without chemical additives and fertilizers using traditional methods, and the Osteria where we welcome people with dishes between tradition and innovation and where it is possible buy our products. The Cellar and the Osteria are located in the historical centre di Gioi, on the ground floor of a sixteenth-century courtyard house with a large garden. The vineyard is located at about 400 m above sea level and faces south-west. Dimensions: 0.64 ha Treatments: Copper, sulphur, biodynamic preparations Grassing Manual harvest in small 20 kg boxes In the basement Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, in wooden vats without temperature control, maturation in exhausted chestnut and cherry barrels.
