After studying Geo History, Antoine-Marie returned to the estate in 2004 and was mainly involved in cellar work: cellar and winemaking. Since the division, he has been the sole master on board his new estate, made up of, among other things, vines located on the Carco terroir, composed of nielluccio for the reds and bianco gentile, vermentinu and muscat for the whites. We must not forget the specificity of Antoine-Marie Arena: he works his muscats (from the terroir of Morte Maio, the red part of which was kept by his father during the division) without mutating them, with 13% of alcohol only. Note that bianco gentile is an indigenous Corsican grape that had almost disappeared in favor of muscat. The Arena family replanted a plot in 1997 and others like Yves Canarelli did the same.
