Qvevri, indigenous grapes from sustainable agriculture, hand-picked, limited production and in-depth research of authenticity and quality of the product.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast species occurs in the Qvevri: no chemicals, no corrections, minimal amount of sulfites, no clarification and no filtration. This is our Wine Philosophy.
The Campania region, in Southern Italy, is made of volcanic, clay and limestone soil, and has been devoted to the production of wines since antiquity.
Falanghina: Sannio’s most famous indigenous white grape variety. It was the wine of emperors and the court of Naples.
Camaiola: an indigenous red grape variety grown exclusively in the province of Benevento. Its history is very ancient: it was found also in the excavations in the city of Pompeii, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius in 79 AD.
Georgia: the cradle of the world viticulture.
From here come the famous QVEVRI, terracotta vessels that enable the micro-oxygenation of the wine, without change its nature, its soul, its authenticity.
Wines are particularly complex, with colors that turn to amber tones, aromas pervaded by an oxidative note and a very particular taste, fresh, intense with long persistence.
