Patistis Wines has been my personal project since my return in Greece at 2017. At my hometown of Argalasti on mountain Pelion we are working with patience to revitalise a once well known area for the cultivation of vines, figs and olives. Our goal is to promote, educate and expand the artisanal way of cultivation and to raise the awareness of the advantages that organic cultivation and regenerative agriculture brings to rural sparsely populated places that are starting to be impacted by an expanding tourist industry that consumes earth.
