We are on the slopes of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 200 meters high, overlooking the stream. Strong temperature excursions. Soils rich in river sediments. Vineyard of 2,5 hectares planted in 2003-2004 with 8400 plants per hectare. Average production12000 bottles Native vines: black vermentino, pollera, durella, blackberry grapes. Other grapes: pinot noir, pinot gris, chardonnay and merlot. In the vineyard we work with: spontaneous grassing all year round, fertilizations with self-produced compost only, treatments with copper and sulfur. We don't buy grapes or wine. In the cellar spontaneous fermentations in steel or small woods, a few sulphites, we do not filter, do not clarify and do not add anything to the wines or musts. We want to produce natural wines born from the territory and our passion.
