As Winery philosophy, we work recovering local varieties that are almost extinct, such as the variety Pintaillo, Coloraillo, Tardana, … as well as other more widespread varieties such as the variety Bobal, but with the exception of being old vineyards cultivated in dry land and in glass.

... gratias is a sustainable, responsible and committed project both with the natural and social environment. As a result of this philosophy, the concept of ethical wine was born in us, which we define as wine that is grown, produced and sold with respect, the honesty, happiness and enthusiasm of those who work with us and for those who will consume it.

To visit us, right on the border between both autonomous communities that is naturally marked by the Cabriel River, we find the town of Villatoya. From there we head towards Albacete, we pass through Alborea and arrive at Casas Ibáñez, where our Gratias Winery is located. The fields that we take care of are located right on this route of about 10 kilometers and with a gradient of 400 meters in altitude. An opportunity that we will take advantage of in favor of our wines.
