I work with certified organic grapes sourced locally in Hawke's Bay, Aotearoa New Zealand, because I believe in responsible farming, improving the health of our soils and what we put into our bodies. I farm all of my parcels biodynamically to improve and understand my connection to the land. This encourages biodiversity, life energy & optimal health in the vineyard. I believe in capturing the grapes at the best possible moment so that my wines can be their most expressive of the vintage. Each growing season has a different story to tell. Often found working in the vineyards, I believe in connecting to the vines that produce my wines each year.
